User Agreement

Dear users,

Please study this Agreement closely before using IS LOOKUP (in Russian, “LOOKUP” stands for “Authorized Partner’s Universal Member Area”).

Definitions:

“Agreement” means this User Agreement.

“IS” stands for “Information System”, aka software

“IS LOOKUP” stands for the software available here: https://claims.allianz.ru/

“User” means an individual who uses IS LOOKUP and has accepted the conditions of this User Agreement.

General:

Rights to IS LOOKUP in general, as well as to the information it contains, belong to Joint Stock Company, Insurance Company Allianz (JSC IC Allianz), located at: 30, Ozerkovskaya emb., Moscow, 115184, Russia), hereinafter “The Company”.

The current version of the Agreement is available at https://claims.allianz.ru/agreement. The Company recommends the User to check back conditions of this Agreement regularly to see if they have been amended and/or expanded.

This Agreement defines the rules of using IS LOOKUP and the information it processes, as well as relations between the User and the Company emerging in the process of IS usage.

This Agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment the User follows the link via the “Accept” button and starts using IS LOOKUP.

In case of termination of this Agreement (non-acceptance of the requirements it contains) the User shall stop using IS LOOKUP immediately.

IS LOOKUP is intended for use by Company employees only. Unauthorized use of IS LOOKUP is forbidden.

While using IS LOOKUP, the User undertakes not to breach the Company’s rights or to take other actions violating Russian or international legislation.

IS LOOKUP contains classified information not intended for public disclosure.

Any information/data transmitted by the User to the Company and by the Company to the User via IS LOOKUP shall be considered proprietary information of the Parties. The Parties undertake not to share with third parties any information obtained in the course of interaction via the website’s services.

Information provided via IS LOOKUP serves for information and reference purposes only and shall not be considered a public offer. The Company shall not assume any responsibility or obligations in case the data are distorted as a result of technical failures or effects of malware/viruses.

Copying, forwarding, disclosure or any other transfer of any information published in IS LOOKUP to third parties without a special permission of JSC IC Allianz is forbidden.

IS LOOKUP is not intended for processing information that contains Personal Data, as well as information classified higher than “For Internal Use Only” (confidential or strictly confidential information). The User shall not publish the information of the above-mentioned categories and shall notify the Company’s Security Service promptly in case he/she discovers publication of such information.

Corporate hardware and provided software, as well as all information published in information systems, resources and servers of the Company are owned by the Company. Use of any Company-owned information, information resources and corporate services for illegal purposes or for purposes not related to discharge of duties by the Users is strictly forbidden and shall be treated in line with applicable legislation and internal Company regulations. The Company reserves the right to block any electronic transfer or exchange that it may consider unacceptable or inexpedient.

Monitoring:

In accordance with the Allianz Information Security Policy, please be aware that a user activity monitoring system is in place to insure confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information processed in Company software, including IS LOOKUP. All significant transactions, operations performed on data, and setup adjustments are logged automatically. Please bear in mind that the Company reserves the right to:

logging, analysis, introduction of monitoring procedures, taking screenshots and other registration of all electronic data exchange processes.

analysis and registration of the entire email and web (Internet) traffic (including SSL-protected) going through the Company’s resources (including leased or provided under service contracts),

logging, analysis, introduction of monitoring procedures, taking screenshots and other registration of user activity in the Company’s software, including IS LOOKUP.

If necessary, user actions history can be studied to detect unlawful, unauthorized or high-risk actions.

Links to third-party resources.

IS LOOKUP may contain links to other websites, including web resources of third parties not owned by Allianz Group companies.

Following links to third-party websites and other resources means application of their own confidentiality policy and User Agreements, which users are recommended to study before using respective resources.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the User or third parties for any indirect, accidental, unintended damage, including lost profits and reputational damage, incurred as a result of visits to and/or impossibility to use and/or use of the information published on third-party websites and other resources.
